At the Hotel Castel restaurant, chef Gerhard Wieser awaits you – the same chef as at our multiple award-winning gourmet restaurant 'Trenkerstube'. Our hotel restaurant is accessible exclusively to you as our hotel guest. Dinners are part of your package of services included in your room charge. Look forward to an à-la-carte menu changing daily, depending on the available fresh produce on the market. Count on a vitamin-rich salad buffet every day, and two weekly 'theme buffets'. You are free to choose from three different hors d'oeuvres, entrées, main courses and desserts. Every Sunday there is an exquisite gala dinner.
