Arrival and departure
Please be aware that the rooms will be ready for you to move into from 3.00 pm on your arrival day. On your departure day, we request that you vacate the rooms by 11.30 am.
Travel cancellation insurance
We would be glad to assist you in taking out travel cancellation insurance. Experience has shown that this investment is well worth it; after all, many of our guests are very busy people whose work does not orientate itself towards their holiday plans. Sudden illness can also sometimes prevent holidays from being undertaken. For these reasons, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation and/or interruption insurance. Methods of payment and cancellation policy
All rooms and suites can be booked for individual use; here, the following percentage surcharges onto the price per person apply: double rooms 30 %, junior suites and Vintage Suite 60 %, Tower Suite and higher value 80%.
All overnight stay prices per person/night, arrangement prices per person, each plus the local tax applicable in South Tyrol in the amount of € 2.50 per guest per night; children/young people under the age of 14 years are exempt from this.
Payment of the hotel invoice can be made in cash (euro only) or via advance transfer; in these cases, you receive a 3% discount on the room price. Additionally, you can pay by credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard and American Express).
Cancellation is free up to 3 weeks before arrival. In the event of a later cancellation, later arrival or early departure, unfortunately we must charge you 80% of the room price of the days you did not use.
Special cancellation conditions with regard to the corona virus (Covid-19):
In the case of a group booking (5 or more rooms), the following cancellation conditions apply, regardless of whether all or individual rooms are cancelled: 20% of the total amount of all the room prices are to be paid upon booking to complete the booking. In the event of a cancellation, this 20% is charged for the cancelled rooms. As of 6 weeks before arrival, 60% of the lodging costs for the cancelled rooms is to be paid, as of 3 weeks 80%. In the event of non-appearance or late arrival and/or early departure, 100%.

To our dog lovers
Please communicate to us when making your request whether you wish to bring your four-legged friend with you. We cannot grant dogs access to the restaurants, the swimming pools or the SPA area. We charge a surcharge of € 24.00 per day for the higher cleaning expense during your stay and the special final room clean.
